30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been excessively used, damaged, altered, or are missing components.
Items returned in an unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Reason for the return
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send products back without first contacting our support team.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MyVeglow cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was shipped.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process.
